Investing in a lavish home was my dream and as I’m in a position to do so I’ll be investing in a property. Recently when I was looking for luxurious places in Mumbai I came across Raheja Modern Vivarea, a lavish property priced at ₹14.5 Crores to ₹25 Crores for a 3BHK in Mumbai, Mahalakshmi.
This place was pretty luxurious as you can tell by its price but that’s not it as there are multiple things about the place that made me feel stunned. From the price point to its amenities, everything was top notch as there were multiple elements of this place as it’s specially built for the elite and people who want grandeur, comfort and luxury.
This place had an opulent space beautifully crafted for the elite. When I first saw the property I was pretty amazed by its layout and the overall captivating architecture. Every element was Perfectly designed after demonstrating it with a modern living structure. Raheja Modern Vivarea was quite expensive but as I wanted a luxurious space in Mahalakshmi I had to get a home here.
The property was solid, the surroundings were good and there was lush greenery around. The place is located Near Bharat Petroleum, Sane Guruji Marg, RTO Colony, Mahalakshmi Mumbai, Mumbai.
Raheja Modern Vivarea is spread across 3.11 acres and has 250 units total there are multiple options people can choose from as they have 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK options for their members.
For every room, the space was uniquely designed and they offered every amenity from basic to advanced; everything was sorted here. We got a Bike and a Car Parking and the overall Apartment was pretty good. Corporation and Borewell Water Supply was available and K Raheja Corp was the builder. There are only 2 Buildings – 250 units total having a The project area is 3.11 acres. The gates for this property will open in March 2028 and I’ll be witnessing this beautifully designed property.
Why I Invested In Raheja Modern Vivarea?
The only reason for me to invest in this place was its Luxurious space and opulent design. There are only two buildings and spacious rooms for every individual here. There are a total of 250 units and every room has a unique design. When I first
I came to Mumbai from Delhi. I was pretty confused about how I could get a home and now that I’m taking a new home in this Luxurious place I wanted to make sure everything is well aligned and I get all the amenities that I always wanted.
I was investing money for a 3BHK home so I had to make sure that my family likes the place and they feel comfortable living up here with me. Having a big family can be hectic as you need to ensure everyone feels comfortable being here. To make the final decision I asked my parents about the place and they approved it. As one of my friends is in real estate I called him up for his review on this place and he also suggested investing in this place which assured me that I was choosing the right property.
This property I was investing in was also visually perfect having top-notch Amenities and world-class views from its windows. This lavish property for a hefty price was offered here. The best part about the place was its connectivity and fresh air in Mumbai. I like the Mumbai weather and I always loved being here. As now I’m getting a home here I’ll be bringing up my family here with me so they can live comfortably with me. Mahalakshmi is a good place in Mumbai and from here I can travel to different places.
Amenities At Raheja Modern Vivarea
For amenities first, there’s a lavish Clubhouse available at this place where people can do different activities and play indoor games. There’s a Power backup at this place to avoid any inconvenience for the people. We have a huge community hall at this place where people can come together and connect. Fire safety to avoid any uncertainty at the location. A big lavish swimming pool is also offered so I can go for a swim whenever I want. Lift is present which is accessible to all the rooms. There’s a huge Gym at the place where I can work out easily. Maintenance staff to make sure people don’t face any inconvenience at the place. There’s also a Rainwater harvesting system available at the place to use the resources right. Housekeeping services are also maintained accordingly.
There’s a huge Common garden for society members where I can go for a walk whenever I want. The place is Vastu compliant and has everything aligned. We have Visitor parking available at this place with great security. Looking for this place was tough but no broker’s verified property listings helped me get this house.
